AEROPOSTALE STORE

Schaumburg, Illinois
2006

Aeropostale

Aeropostale has over 700 stores nationwide. This is a prototype store that is planned for a rollout to both new stores and renovations of existing stores. Aeropostale is an innovative brand that promotes quality merchandise at a reasonable price. To complement this marketing message and reinforce Aeropostale as a destination for teenagers and parents alike, Frederic Schwartz Architects designed a new open, airy environment to organize and display a diverse range of merchandise. The unique use of motorized graphic panels at the storefront immediately establishes Aeropostale as an innovative brand and draws customers into the store. An extensive study of fixture types and merchandise organization in combination with a simple and warm pallette of materials helps create a visually cohesive environment for the customer.
